We provide non-medical residential cleaning and home support services. Our services do not include medical, nursing, personal care, or clinical services.



2. No Guarantee of Outcomes



While we strive to deliver high-quality services, results may vary depending on conditions beyond our control, including property condition, materials, and undisclosed hazards.



3. Client Responsibilities



Clients agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the service location
• Disclose known hazards, fragile items, pets, or special conditions
• Secure valuables and sensitive items prior to service

We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from undisclosed hazards or unsafe environments.



4. Health, Safety & Right to Refuse Service



We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or pose a risk to staff, clients, or property.



5. Appointments, Cancellations & Fees



Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Reasonable notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

Missed or late cancellations may result in a fee

Specific terms will be communicated at booking.



6. Payment Terms



Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.

Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services.

Administrative or collection fees may apply where permitted by law.



7. Limitation of Liability



To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of British Columbia:

Immaculate Home Care & Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Liability for any claim is limitednto the total value of the services provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.



8. Insurance



We maintain appropriate commercial insurance coverage. However, clients acknowledge that all services involve inherent risk and that insurance does not eliminate all potential loss.



9. Intellectual Property



All website content—including text, logos, branding, and materials—is the property of Immaculate Home Care & Cleaning Services and may not be copied or used without written permission.



10. Acceptable Use



You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or engage in unlawful activity through the site.
